摘要
隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,即使原來屬于先進的機床也會變得陳舊、落后,滿足不了產(chǎn)品種類日益增加和質(zhì)量不斷提高的需要,因此有必要以現(xiàn)有的機床為基礎(chǔ),對機床的使用工藝和裝備進行革新,對機床的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進行改裝。這樣既可以使現(xiàn)有機床的加工能力得以提高,同時又能節(jié)約新機床設(shè)計研發(fā)時間,可以得到許多意想不到得效果。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是珩齒加工機床的珩磨頭部分設(shè)計,這是在普通車床上面進行改進設(shè)計的。本改裝采用的是雙面變壓珩磨法,珩磨輪與工件的嚙合關(guān)系、運動情況和剃齒大體上相同;其特點是工件帶動珩磨輪正反轉(zhuǎn)動,珩磨輪沿軸線作往復直線運動。但徑向運動不像剃齒那樣在每次往復行程后都有一次進給,而是按珩齒所需要的初壓力調(diào)整好珩磨輪與工件的中心距,開車后一次進給到預(yù)定的位置。珩齒開始時齒面的壓力較大,隨后逐漸減小,直至接近消失時珩齒結(jié)束。
應(yīng)當指出,雖然珩齒的運動和剃齒大體相同,珩輪的結(jié)構(gòu)和剃齒刀比較相似,但是珩齒過程的本質(zhì)和剃齒是不相同的,其特點如下:
(1) 珩輪的齒面上均勻密布著磨粒,各磨粒間以粘結(jié)劑相隔.珩磨速度遠比磨削時低.因此,珩齒切削過程的本質(zhì)是低速磨削﹑研磨和拋光的的綜合過程。
(2) 珩輪的磨??梢钥闯墒鞘纸咏倪B續(xù)的切削刃,珩齒的過程可以接近于連續(xù)擠壓的過程.因此,珩磨后齒面上的切削紋路很細,光潔度比剃齒高,不會產(chǎn)生冷硬現(xiàn)象。
(3) 珩輪彈性大,不能強行切下誤差部分的金屬,因此,珩齒修正誤差的能力沒有剃齒強.而另一方面,珩輪本身的誤差,也就不會全部反映到齒輪上,因此珩輪的精度要求不高,而對珩前的齒輪則要求較高的精度.珩齒主要用于改善表面質(zhì)量。
(4) 珩齒時,齒面間除了沿齒向產(chǎn)生滑動切削外,沿漸開線方向的滑動使磨粒也能切削,于是就構(gòu)成了齒面刀痕的復雜紋路,使齒面的光潔度提高。
本改裝是在普通車床上進行的,主要用于除去齒輪熱處理后的氧化皮及毛刺,可使光潔度從▽6提高到▽8~10,齒輪傳動噪聲也略有降低,生產(chǎn)率很高.但對齒形和齒向誤差的糾正很不穩(wěn)定,有時甚至會使齒形誤差有所增大。珩齒效果很大程度上決定于前一道工序加工的精度和熱處理的變形量,一般可應(yīng)用于加工6~8級精度的齒輪。
總之,珩齒由于其具有提高齒面光潔度、降低噪音、效率高、成本低、設(shè)備簡單、操作方便等一系列優(yōu)點,故是一種很好的齒輪精加工方法。
