此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)是針對2108發(fā)動機機體通主油道雙向斜油孔的設(shè)計,在設(shè)計專用夾具時為了能滿足工件的加工精度要求,需要考慮合理的定位方案、合適的尺寸、公差和技術(shù)要求,并進(jìn)行必要的精度分析。
在發(fā)動機機體上,通常兩側(cè)均勻布置有主油道孔,機油泵泵出的潤滑油經(jīng)機油濾清器后從主油道沿著位于每一道主軸承隔壁中的橫油道流到曲軸主軸承中,從主油道通曲軸主軸承處的斜油道位于主軸承隔臂墻中,隔臂墻比較薄,而斜油孔有屬于深孔,這樣,加工十分困難。對于這種斜深孔加工,常用的加工方法是在搖臂鉆床上,設(shè)計一鉆床夾具,工件在夾具上定位采用一面兩銷,機體在夾具中斜向放置。這種加工缺陷是工件定位不是很穩(wěn)定,對銷產(chǎn)生的壓力很大,銷容易變形;且利用搖臂鉆床加工,生產(chǎn)效率不高。為此在分析發(fā)動機機體雙向斜油孔加工工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計加工此斜油孔的組合機床夾具。
本課題設(shè)計的組合機床夾具采用了支架式結(jié)構(gòu),夾具主要由三部分組成:夾具底座、夾具支架和夾具上座。夾具底座支承夾具支架和夾具上座,夾緊機構(gòu)放置在夾具底座內(nèi);夾具上座,夾具底座和夾具支架組成的空間放置工件,工件通過滾道推入定位空間;定位銷,支撐板,鉆套及控制定位銷升縮的機構(gòu)等部件安裝在夾具上座中。
根據(jù)柴油機的設(shè)計與加工要求,機體加工過程中,大部分工序都是以一面兩銷定位,故加工主油道雙向斜油孔,采用以機體底面和底面上相距240 0.01mm的兩個直徑為16mm的工藝孔進(jìn)行定位,限制六個自由度,實現(xiàn)基準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一和基準(zhǔn)重合原則。定位銷的伸縮可由液壓系統(tǒng)控制。考慮到工件的質(zhì)量較大,手動夾緊難以實現(xiàn),故采用液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動、斜楔夾緊機構(gòu)。

This two-way oblique oil hole processing technology on the analysis of the engine block, on the basis of designing the inclined oil hole modular machine tool fixture.
This topic design of modular machine tool fixture used the scaffolding structure, the fixture is mainly composed of three parts: clamp, clamp bracket and base seat base.
