[摘要]
本設(shè)計(jì)是將一對(duì)圓錐齒輪傳動(dòng)與NGW行星機(jī)構(gòu)串聯(lián),形成一個(gè)組合機(jī)構(gòu),用來傳遞兩相交軸之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力,并實(shí)現(xiàn)較大的傳動(dòng)比。對(duì)齒輪與中心輪組合的受力狀況分析時(shí),應(yīng)引入不均載系數(shù)根據(jù)傳動(dòng),工作扭矩,載荷,根據(jù)級(jí)數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)速要求計(jì)算出齒輪的齒數(shù),模數(shù),分度圓直徑,計(jì)算出傳動(dòng)齒的齒厚,齒面硬度,選擇齒形,根據(jù)上述要求選定達(dá)到此要求的材料,并且做出經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最好的選擇,再根據(jù)此材料的彈性影響系數(shù),各傳動(dòng)齒輪接觸疲勞強(qiáng)度極限,再對(duì)材料的選擇正確與否做出校核,并且要滿足減速器的使用壽命要求,根據(jù)載荷和傳動(dòng)扭矩計(jì)算傳動(dòng)主軸的直徑及定位,計(jì)算中心距,確定行星輪系的周轉(zhuǎn)圓半徑及方向,并指定輪系的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向,得到各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)后,依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求結(jié)構(gòu)大小,確定各部件相對(duì)位置,進(jìn)入外箱體的設(shè)計(jì),秉承體積最小,拆裝方便的原則,定好主軸位置,窺視孔,潤(rùn)滑口在箱體上的位置,便于維修判斷。除齒輪以外,對(duì)于承受工作載荷的其他零部件如軸、鍵、軸承等、也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)校核。減速器箱體采用法蘭式結(jié)構(gòu),用以滿足工作環(huán)境的安裝條件。減速器高速級(jí)為圓錐齒輪傳動(dòng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)換向。由于功率、傳動(dòng)比較大,將這對(duì)圓錐齒輪設(shè)計(jì)為斜齒圓錐齒輪。低速級(jí)采用NGW行星機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步增大傳動(dòng)比,NGW行星機(jī)構(gòu)可以傳遞較大的功率以及實(shí)現(xiàn)較大的傳動(dòng)比,因此在設(shè)計(jì)中采用直齒圓柱齒輪。
