摘 要
在普通機(jī)床上加工方頭軸類(lèi)零件,工作效率低、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大。當(dāng)其零件有一定的批量要求時(shí),其生產(chǎn)就顯得力不從心了,為此設(shè)計(jì)了專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。車(chē)方機(jī)床用曲率半徑很大的橢圓短半軸曲線(xiàn)代替直線(xiàn)切削方形工件。生產(chǎn)率高,刀具成本低。選取適當(dāng)?shù)能?chē)頭行星輪的分度圓直徑,可以有效地控制車(chē)方原理的直線(xiàn) 度誤差。對(duì)實(shí)際工件進(jìn)行了原理誤差的分析計(jì)算和行星輪系的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。
本組合機(jī)床是針對(duì)單面雙工位臥式車(chē)削的組合機(jī)床,在完成組合機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要完成液壓系統(tǒng)及滑臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)一些現(xiàn)有組合機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)資料,結(jié)合被加工零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,在指導(dǎo)老師的幫助下設(shè)計(jì)而成。進(jìn)給部分采用液壓滑臺(tái)形式,主要是因?yàn)橐簤合到y(tǒng)具有工作比較平穩(wěn),反應(yīng)快、沖擊小,能高速啟動(dòng)、制動(dòng)和換向;能在運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,調(diào)速方便,而且調(diào)速性能好;控制、調(diào)節(jié)比較簡(jiǎn)單,操縱比較方便,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,如與電氣控制相配合,可方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的程序動(dòng)作和遠(yuǎn)程控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract
Process the square shaft parts on the common machine tool, inefficient and labor-intensive. When a certain amount for their parts, their production becomes unable, for the design of specialized equipment. It illustrates a ellipse’s short semi - axial curved line with great cured radius , that can replace the straight line for cutting square work - pieces on the machine tool. The productivity of this rebuilt machine tool is higher and the cost of cutter is lower. The principle straightness error of cutting square in work - pieces can be controlled by choosing a suitable pitch diameter of the planetary gear in the machine tools. Analytic calculations of the error and design of this train have been given for a real work -piece.
This combination machine tools against unilateral double spaces horizontal turning combination machine tools, machine tool design in complete portfolio basis, the completion of the main hydraulic system and further Sliding workstations design. In the design process for some of the existing portfolio of domestic machine tool design data, the structural characteristics of the processed parts, with the help of teachers in guiding the design by. To the use of hydraulic slide into some form of Sliding workstations, mainly because of a hydraulic system work more stable, responsive, small shocks can speed up, brake and invert; And it can achieve infinitely variable speed control during the movement, speed control convenient, and the speed control performance is good; Controlling and regulating simpler, more convenient to manipulate, easy to automate, if compatible with the electrical control can easily achieve complex procedures, such as remote-control movements and strengths.
