摘要
　　　隨著摩托車的普及，發(fā)動機(jī)的制造已經(jīng)顯得尤為重要，發(fā)動機(jī)流水線裝配的工藝過程需借助裝配線進(jìn)行，由于裝配工藝的好壞直接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和發(fā)動機(jī)的生產(chǎn)速度，因此，發(fā)動機(jī)裝配線在整個生產(chǎn)過程中占有重要地位。發(fā)動機(jī)裝配線是否合理，直接影響了摩托車質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量。隨著摩托車行業(yè)的發(fā)展，本課題就是以摩托車發(fā)動機(jī)為研究對象，根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)書上的設(shè)計要求及通過對本課題的研究，以本校的現(xiàn)有資源為依托對發(fā)動機(jī)裝配線進(jìn)行設(shè)計，針對實(shí)驗室教學(xué)的場地限制，在查看已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計整套摩托車發(fā)動機(jī)的裝配線。使之既符合本校實(shí)際教學(xué)需要。首先完成裝配線線體的設(shè)計。在線體的選擇上充分考慮了本校的實(shí)際情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計了與裝配線線體相匹配的隨行夾具。本課題題的研究，最終要設(shè)計一項可以用于本校實(shí)驗室教學(xué)同時又適用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的摩托車發(fā)動機(jī)裝配線。因此，本課題具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

Title  The Assembly line Design of 150FM Motocycle Engine

Abstract
　　　With the popularity of motorcycles, motor manufacturing has been more important, the engine assembly line to another assembly line process, the assembly process as a result of a direct impact on product quality and production speed of the engine, the engine assembly line in the entire production process occupies an important position.Engine assembly line is reasonable, a direct impact on the quality and production motorcycle.As the motorcycle industry, this issue is to study motorcycle engine, according to mandate graduation project book of design requirements and through the study of this issue to the university's existing resources based on the design of the engine assembly line, for laboratory teaching space restrictions, in view of the basis of existing literature, the design of the entire motorcycle engine assembly line. So that the actual teaching is in line with our needs. Complete the body assembly line design. Selection on-line full account of the actual situation of the school. On this basis, the design of the assembly line and the accompanying body to match fixture.The title of the study subjects, and ultimately can be used to design a laboratory school for teaching at the same time, the actual production of the motorcycle engine assembly line.
