摘要
   本設(shè)計(jì)為長沙市某科研大廈舒適性空調(diào)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算,方案的比較,空氣處理方案的選擇,空調(diào)末端設(shè)備選型,水管路和風(fēng)管路系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及附屬設(shè)備的選型,并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)說明書的編制和施工圖的繪制。設(shè)計(jì)堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,樹立了節(jié)約能源和全壽命周期成本分析的科學(xué)理念,從節(jié)能和環(huán)保出發(fā),綜合考慮建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、使用要求、環(huán)境條件,在系統(tǒng)的選擇、設(shè)備的選配及系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行控制等方面采取一定的節(jié)能措施,使系統(tǒng)在各種工況下均能高效節(jié)能運(yùn)行。根據(jù)節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,結(jié)合計(jì)算軟件,采用諧波法對(duì)整個(gè)大樓的冷負(fù)荷進(jìn)行逐時(shí)計(jì)算;分析負(fù)荷日變化和全年變化情況,通過多個(gè)方案的可行性論證和經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較,結(jié)合實(shí)際的能源政策,選用了水冷式螺桿機(jī)組加燃?xì)鉄崴仩t的冷熱源運(yùn)行策略??照{(diào)系統(tǒng)采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)的空氣-水系統(tǒng)。在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,還進(jìn)一步分析比較了不同建筑維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、空調(diào)方案等對(duì)能耗的影響,提出空調(diào)系統(tǒng)各環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題及節(jié)能潛力。

      HVAC design of Technology building of Changsha
Abstract
   This design is about the concertrated air conditioning system of some Technology building , including a series of design contents such as cooling load calculation, scheme comparision,selecting and calculating the water system and ventilation system, as well as selecting air terminal devices and appurtenances, and working out the design instruction and drawing the construction drawings employing CAD. During the design , I adhere to sustainable development ,set a scientific conctept of resources and a total life cycle cost analysis. Based on the energy conservation and environmental protection ,I consider intergatedly into the building structures ,the feature of demands ,and the environment conditions. Some energysaving measures are adopted during the choice of system scheme ,equipment matching and operational control to achieve high efficiency in various operating conditions . According to energy-efficient design standards , the cooling load of the whole building is calculated with the harmonic wave method, combining to computer software. Water cooled screw rod unit is used to supply the cooled air conditioning water, while using gas-fired hot water boilder as the heat source. This scheme is determinated according to the feasibility analysis and economical comparision of different choices, energy policy ect. Fan coil unit and the independent fresh air system is the main choice in the design. Based on the design, further comparative analysis of impact of different architectural envelope thermal characteristics ,design parameters, air conditioning scheme on the energy consumption . Points out the energy consumption fearturesand the potentials of energy saving.
