摘要：在現(xiàn)代大型程控系統(tǒng)中，運輸小車要完成皮帶運輸部分和指定地點的對接。因此，要求其定位控制系統(tǒng)既具備精確性和高可靠性，又具有良好的動態(tài)性，能滿足實際操作所要求的靈敏性。在本系統(tǒng)中利用 PLC 的編程簡單、可靠性高、抗干擾能力強及環(huán)境適應性好的特點，實現(xiàn)了對有軌小車定位控制系統(tǒng)的開閉環(huán)相結(jié)合的控制策略。

ABSTRACT ： The position control system of transportation in the modern thermal-electric plant, which controls the pulley to fulfill the connection strap transportation to the appointed silo, needs not only the system’s accuracy and high reliability, but also the system’ s dynamic-performance and the sensitivity that betimes responds to the operation. In the paper, we use PLC to fulfill the pulley’s open-circuit and close-circuit control tactic, because its programming simply, high dependability 、 high ability of anti-disturbing and good environment adaptability.
