   摘 要:
   環(huán)氧樹脂改性水性丙烯酸樹脂是目前水性丙烯酸樹脂領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),論文研究了環(huán)氧改性丙烯酸乳液合成的配方及工藝條件;以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等為單體,過(guò)氧化苯甲酰為引發(fā)劑,環(huán)氧樹脂為改性劑,經(jīng)聚合得到熱固性環(huán)氧改性丙烯酸樹脂。
   水性丙烯酸樹脂具有較好的光澤度、耐候性、耐化學(xué)品性和穩(wěn)定性高,且無(wú)污染、無(wú)毒性、無(wú)刺激性和生產(chǎn)安全、價(jià)格便宜等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種低VOC的綠色環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品,也是目前較為活躍的研究和開發(fā)領(lǐng)域。但常規(guī)丙烯酸醋樹脂存在如成膜溫度高、膠膜硬度低、抗回粘性差、耐水性不好、附著力差等缺點(diǎn)。因此,合成能克服以上缺陷的新型樹脂己成為當(dāng)前的研究熱點(diǎn)。
   本研究先用溶液聚合的方法初步探討合成了水溶性的丙烯酸酷樹脂,然后用硬度高、附著力好、抗水性好及耐化學(xué)藥品優(yōu)良的環(huán)氧丙烯酸酷(EA)對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性,有效的改善了水性丙烯酸酷樹脂的缺點(diǎn),提高了丙烯酸酯樹脂的綜合性能。
   采用中等相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量環(huán)氧樹脂與聚醚反應(yīng), 合成了非離子環(huán)氧樹脂乳化劑, 再結(jié)合相反轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù),制備水性環(huán)氧樹脂乳液。討論了乳化劑的用量對(duì)乳液粒徑和穩(wěn)定性的影響; 研究了乳化劑、環(huán)氧固化劑用量與涂膜吸水率、凝膠含量、 機(jī)械性能之間的關(guān)系。

Study on synthesis of waterborne acrylic resin modified by epoxy resin
   Abstract:
   Synthesis of slow/controlled-release fertilizers is one of the most active fields in fertilizer industry, This paper studied the formula and synthetic conditions of epoxy modified acryliclatex; synthesized styrene-acrylic emulsion; Using benzoyl peroxide as an initiator, andwith the epoxy resin as amondifier and methyl methacrylate was copolymerized with styrene and acrylate etc. to form the heat-cured epoxy mondified acrylic resin. The synthesis process of epoxy mondified acrylic resin was decribed and its influencing factors were discussed in this paper.
   Waterborne Acrylate resin has some advantages, such as good glossiness,weather-resistant, chemical resistance, stabilization, non-contamination,nontoxicity, non-skin irritation, low price and safety of production, andbecome an green environ-mental product of low VOC. So it will be anattractive research and application areas. But it also has some disadvantages,such as high film forming temperature, low hardness,, poor anti一after tack,poor water-resistant, low adhesion, etc. So the high performance acrylatepolymer resin which can overcome those disadvantages will become research hotspot at present.
   In this paper, the water-souble Acrylate resin could besolution polymerization with Acrylate monomers, and makeprepared bypreliminarydiscussion on synthesis techniques. And then,  in order to improve thedisadvantages and enhance synthetic properties of copolymer,  Epoxyacrylate resin which has high hardness, adhesion, good water-resistant could be used for modifying it.
   Nonionic waterborne epoxy emulsifier was prepared by reaction between polyether and epoxy resin with medium molecular weight , which is used to prepare  the epoxy resin E一 2 0 emulsion by phase inversion technique . The effect of  amount of the emulsifier on the particle size and stability of epoxy resin emulsions were studied .The relationship between amount of the emulsifier ,A B一 H G F epoxy curing agent and water absorption ,gel content and mechanical  performance of the film were studied also.
