文章簡單介紹了輕型數(shù)控火焰切割機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)及執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)輕型數(shù)控火焰切割機(jī)的工藝特點(diǎn)和其對系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化控制功能的技術(shù)要求,文章敘述了其基本結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),包括:橫向、縱向即X向、Y向移動(dòng)裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)整控制設(shè)計(jì);割炬的升降即Z向的移動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)整控制設(shè)計(jì)以及自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火裝置。對于整個(gè)火焰切割過程的自動(dòng)化控制,本文采用工控機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)了上述功能。該系統(tǒng)具有較高性價(jià)比,同時(shí)工作可靠,操作方便,極大地提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。

Title General design of mild type NC flame cutting machine and operating mechanism design
Abstract
The mild type of NC flame cutting machine is the gas-cutting equipment for that metal structural material lay off to cut,its flame cutting method is also a kind of way that applying scope most extensively in many way of cutting for the time being .The design with explore of the automantic control about cutting process is also a technical requirement of related enterprise.
Article is simple to have introduced the mild type of NC flame cutting machine’general design and operating machanism’design. According to its craft characteristic and its technical requirement for automation control function, article have narrated the design of its basic structure, include:the lateraland longitudinal namely X and Y locomotive structural design and adjustment control design ;as well as the cutting torch’design about its rise and fall namely Z and adjustment control design ,as also the automatic firing mechanism. For the automatic control of wholly flame cutting procedutal,the Industrial personal computer is adopt to carry out these function forementioned ,at the same time drawn the diagram.This system performance very well ,working reliable ,operating simple ,has raised labour productivity maximumly.
