某醫(yī)院癌痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥品使用分析

摘要：了解某醫(yī)院癌性疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛治療用藥的實(shí)際情況，探討某醫(yī)院癌性疼痛藥物治療的用藥變化趨勢，探究癌性疼治療的規(guī)范化用藥。由該院病案科提供的病歷管理系統(tǒng)和信息科提供的信息匯總系統(tǒng)查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)某醫(yī)院2011年至2012年癌痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥品使用匯總情況，并隨機(jī)抽取每年各150份病歷進(jìn)行對比分析其癌痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥品的用藥趨勢。2012年某醫(yī)院癌痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥品的總使用量比2011年有所增長，其中嗎啡制劑居首位。所查病歷中其用藥結(jié)構(gòu)趨于規(guī)范化，但還有個(gè)別細(xì)節(jié)有待提高。某醫(yī)院癌痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥品的使用情況總體趨于合理化，但還有不足之處，美沙酮的使用急劇增長，還應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督、管理。
