xx醫(yī)院2012年門診合理用藥國(guó)際指標(biāo)調(diào)查與分析

摘要：目的 調(diào)查xx醫(yī)院2012年處方并且分析，進(jìn)而使我院的合理給藥水平得到提高。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，一共統(tǒng)計(jì)10000張?zhí)幏?。結(jié)果 統(tǒng)計(jì)得出用藥品種總數(shù)19850種，平均用藥品種數(shù)為1.98種，注射劑使用百分率19.8％，抗菌藥使用百分率20.2％，國(guó)家藥物使用百分率49.3％，藥品通用名使用百分率100％，平均每張?zhí)幏浇痤~42.99元，藥品標(biāo)示完整的百分率100％，平均就診的時(shí)間9.01min，平均發(fā)藥交待的時(shí)間25.85s，患者了解正確用法百分率84.2％，按處方實(shí)際調(diào)配藥品的百分率99.4％。 結(jié)論 xx醫(yī)院門診在國(guó)際指標(biāo)下用藥情況基本合理，抗菌藥使用情況略高，基本藥物的使用情況偏低，值得醫(yī)院注意。

Abstract: The purpose Analysis the clinic rational drug use, and raise the level of our rational drug use. Methods using retrospective analysis method of random sampling in 2012, our hospital outpatient prescription 10000 zhang, extract 2500 copies each quarter. Concluded that the total number of drug varieties 19850 kinds, the statistical average number of drug varieties was 1.98, injection using percentage by 19.8%, and antibacterial drug use percentage by 20.2%, the national drug use percentage by 49.3%, the drug of generic use percentage by 100%, the average amount of each prescription 42.99 yuan, drug marked complete percentage by 100%, average time of 9.01 min treatment, hair medicine talk time of 25.85 s on average, patients understand the correct usage percentage by 84.2%, the percentage of actual deployment by prescription drugs by 99.4%. Conclusions in our hospital outpatient service in international index rational use under control within the scope of usage of antimicrobials is slightly high, the usage of basic drugs is low, the hospital should be aware.
