摘要：目的 對(duì)xx醫(yī)院抗支氣管哮喘類藥物的使用進(jìn)行了解，并探討其目前使的用情況。希望給臨床上抗支氣管哮喘藥物的應(yīng)用提供一些有價(jià)值的資料。方法 用隨機(jī)法抽取本醫(yī)院門(mén)診部2012.03至2013.03臨床診斷為支氣管哮喘的處方225張，對(duì)病人吃的藥物整理出來(lái)查看，對(duì)所用藥物的花費(fèi)和多少進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，并用每個(gè)藥物的總消耗劑量除以其對(duì)應(yīng)DDD的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，得出藥物的DDDs；所收集資料數(shù)據(jù)采用WHONET3軟件和Excel軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 通過(guò)分析xx醫(yī)院門(mén)診部的抗哮喘藥品使用還算符合規(guī)定。

　　Abstract: Objective: to Longyan second hospital use of antiasthmatic drugs to understand, and to explore the current situation that the. Hope to provide some valuable information for the clinical application of bronchial asthma medication. Methods: using random outpatient department of the hospital from 2012.03 to 2013.03 clinical diagnosis of bronchial asthma in 225 prescriptions for drugs, view the patient eat sorted out, the drug costs and the number of statistics, and its corresponding to the DDD standard for each drug dose divided by the total consumption value, the drug DDDs; the collected data were statistically analyzed using WHONET3 software and Excel software. Results: through the analysis of the outpatient department of the second hospital of Longyan City anti-asthmatic drug use is in accordance with the provisions.
