xx醫(yī)院住院藥房麻醉藥品使用分析

摘要：通過分析xx醫(yī)院住院藥房麻醉藥品的使用情況，為麻醉藥品的科學(xué)管理和臨床合理應(yīng)用提供參考[1]。方法:統(tǒng)計(jì)我院2012.3-2013.2麻醉藥品使用情況數(shù)據(jù)，結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析其用藥情況。結(jié)果 我院麻醉藥品使用品種趨于多元化。枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液的使用頻率在四個(gè)階段中均居第一，同步性也比較好；硫酸嗎啡緩釋片和鹽酸嗎啡注射液主要用于癌癥止痛，使用量逐漸增多。結(jié)論:我院住院藥房麻醉藥品使用基本合理，但還有細(xì)節(jié)存在不足，今后應(yīng)加以完善。醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)深化對(duì)“癌癥三階梯止痛方案”的學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐[2]。

Analysis of the Use of Narcotic Drugs in Inpatient Pharmacy in Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from 2012.3 to 2013.2

Abstract: By analysis of Affiliated Hospital of Putian College of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy, providing reference for scientific management of narcotic drugs and clinical application[1]. Methods: Combining with the data to analysis of drugs use in our hospital from 2012.3 to 2013.2 .In our hospital,the variety of narcotic drugs is diversification.The DDDs of Sufentanil citrate injection is first in four stages, the synchronization is also very good; morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets and morphine hydrochloride injection are mainly used for cancer pain relief, the number will be gradually increased . Conclusion:The use of narcotic drugsin our hospital was basically reasonable, but there are some details insufficient.It should be improved more. Also ,medical staff should deepen the study and practice of “three ladder analgesic of cancer “
