中國環(huán)保企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理
——以江蘇省宜興市江華集團(tuán)為例

摘要 ：改革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持持續(xù)快速增長的態(tài)勢，環(huán)保企業(yè)作為一個(gè)新興的產(chǎn)業(yè)越來越受到國家的重視，并成為我國實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的支撐和保障。筆者以江蘇省宜興市江華集團(tuán)為例，運(yùn)用SWOT分析、波士頓矩陣，通過對(duì)市場增長率和相對(duì)市場占有率的分析，對(duì)環(huán)保企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行分析和研究，闡明了環(huán)保企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略管理中存在的問題，及對(duì)這些問題提出了一些意見和建議。[1]
