簡要介紹了作為雙端輸出LVPECL時鐘合成器MPC92433芯片的功能、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、引腳排列極其編程方式和電氣性能.MPC94233是一個自帶3.3V電壓基于鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)的時鐘合成器可為用于中帶范圍高性能的電信,網(wǎng)絡(luò)和計算機應(yīng)用提供高性能的時鐘發(fā)生器。輸出頻率范圍是42.50MHZ到1428MHZ并且它支持兩路差分PECL輸出信號,這個器件滿足最高時鐘要求的需要。芯片有48個引腳,兩路差分自帶LVPECL高頻輸出,一個提供基準頻率的片上晶體振蕩器.

Abstract
It briefly introduced The MPC92433 as a dual output LVPECL clock synthesizer is function, internal structure, pin array, programming mode and electronic performance. The MPC92433 is a 3.3V compatible, PLL based clock synthesizer targeted for high performance clock generation in mid-range to high-performance telecom, networking, and computing applications. With output frequencies from 42.50 MHZ to 1428 MHZ and the support of two differential PECL output signals, the device meets the needs of the most demanding.....
