摘 要
信息技術的發(fā)展，不僅改變著人們的工作和生活方式，也將改變著教育和學習的方式。傳統(tǒng)的教學模式正在醞釀重大的突破，教育面臨著有史以來最為深刻的變革－教育信息化。而數(shù)字化校園的建設，作為教育信息化的核心，必然會給高等學校帶來一場積極而又深刻的變革。
數(shù)字化校 園就是運用現(xiàn)代信息技術，在校園里實現(xiàn)信息傳輸網(wǎng)絡化、信息資源數(shù)字化、用戶終端智能化。要想將我校建設成為多科性、研究型、國際化的國內一流、國際知名的高校，校園數(shù)字化的水平是最直接的標志之一。建設集教學、科研、學科建設、管理、服務等功能于一身的數(shù)字化校園，是我校的發(fā)展道路上的必須途徑和必然選擇。數(shù)字化建設，必將對我校的今后產(chǎn)生十分巨大的影響。
作為我校數(shù)字化校園建設的重要組成部分，建設教務信息系統(tǒng)的目的是為了方便管理者對教學信息的獲取和發(fā)布，方便使用者對教學信息的查詢和反饋，以此來提高教務管理水平。教務信息系統(tǒng)具有以下一些內容和功能:
1. 提供方便快捷的查詢系統(tǒng);
2. 輔助處理教學事務;
3. 提供雙向交流的場地;
4. 完善的用戶管理;
本文首先對教育信息化和數(shù)字化校園的現(xiàn)狀進行闡述，提出建立教務信息系統(tǒng)的必要性。然后給出了網(wǎng)上教務信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析和設計，并討論了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)，最后對系統(tǒng)的應用情況進行了系統(tǒng)評價。

Abstract
The development of information technology is not only changing people's work and life style, but also will change the way of teaching and learning. The traditional models of teaching learning are faced with a dramatic breakthrough, which implies an educational revolution in the field. As the core of the information-based education, the construction of a digitalized campus is inevitably bringing a positive and comprehensive revolution to higher education. A digitalized campus is to use modern information technology to carry out the transferring networks for information, digitalization of informational resources and intellectual user terminals, which is a symbol and an integral part of a comprehensive internationalized first-rate university with worldwide fame. It is also an unavoidable route to the healthy development of Northeastern University, which will strongly influence the future of the university.
