分瓦機(jī)PLC控制系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計(jì)

摘  要

　　　本設(shè)計(jì)是基于PLC的分瓦機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。主要介紹了可編程序控制器(PLC)和PLC控制系統(tǒng)的基本知識(shí)，包括PLC的定義、特點(diǎn)、分類(lèi)、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、硬件知識(shí)及PLC控制系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)知識(shí)。通過(guò)對(duì)PLC的程序編程，熟練運(yùn)用三菱編程軟件GX-Develop完成分瓦機(jī)的控制程序，另外利用仿真軟件GX-Simulator來(lái)檢驗(yàn)程序的可行性，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)控制，其可改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的不足，簡(jiǎn)化結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于降低成本和提高可靠性。

　　　本課題目的在于設(shè)計(jì)分瓦機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件及軟件部分，主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括：（1）小型PLC的外圍接線(xiàn)及傳感器的應(yīng)用；（2）軟件的編寫(xiě)，達(dá)到自動(dòng)分瓦機(jī)的控制要求；（3）仿真軟件的應(yīng)用，檢驗(yàn)程序的可行性及穩(wěn)定性。

ABSTRACT

　　　The design of the automatic washing machine control system based on PLC. Mainly introduces the programmable logic controller ( PLC ) and the basic knowledge of the PLC control system, including the PLC related knowledge definition, characteristics, classification, technical indicators, the basic structure, working principle, hardware knowledge and PLC control system. Through the PLC programming, control program, skilled use of Mitsubishi GX-Develop programming software to complete the full automatic washing machine, the feasibility of the simulation software GX-Simulator to test the program, so as to realize the control, to simplify the problem, can improve the structure of the prior art, reduce costs and improve reliability. Full automatic washing machine controller to realize the washing process, saving time and labor.

The purpose of this study is to design a full automatic washing machine hardware and software, the main research contents include: ( 1 ) application of external wiring and sensor of small PLC; ( 2 ) software, fully automatic washing machine control requirements; ( 3 ) the application of simulation software, the feasibility and stability test procedure; ( 4 ) the design of man-machine interface, can realize manual washing parameter settings.
