論文:Effect of Eu,Tb codoping on the luminescent properties of Y2O3 nanorods
a b s t r a c t
Red-emitting Y2O3:Eu3 +and green-emitting Y2O3:Tb3+and Y2O3:Eu3 +, Tb3 +nanorods were synthesizedby hydrothermal method. Their structure and micromorphology have been analyzed by X-ray powderdiffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The photoluminescence (PL) property ofY2O3:Eu3 +,Tb3 +phosphor was investigated. In the same host (Y2O3), upon excitation with ultraviolet(UV) irradiation, it is shown that there are strong emissions at around 610 and 545 nm corresponding tothe forced electric dipole5D0–7F2transition of Eu3 +and5D4–7F5transition of Tb3 +, respectively.Different qualities of Eu3 +and Tb3 +ions are induced into the Y2O3lattice. From the excitation spectrum,we speculate that there exists energy transfer from Tb3 +to Eu3 +ions .The emission color of powdersreveals regular change in the separation of light emission. These powders can meet with the request ofoptical display material for different colors or can be potentially used as labels for biological molecules.

摘要
本文采用水熱合成法制備納米結(jié)構(gòu)的紅色熒光粉Y2O3:Eu3+、綠色熒光粉Y2O3:Tb3+和熒光粉Y2O3:Eu3+,Tb3+。并通過(guò)XED和TEM對(duì)樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)和微觀形態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)熒光粉Y2O3:Eu3+,Tb3+的發(fā)光性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在相同的基質(zhì)Y2O3中和紫外光激發(fā)下,有兩個(gè)強(qiáng)烈的發(fā)射峰(610 nm,545 nm),分別是由Eu–O的電荷遷移5D0—7F2和Tb3+的5D4—7F5躍遷吸收形成的。不同質(zhì)量的Eu3+和Tb3+共摻雜Y2O3,從激發(fā)光譜中我們推測(cè),存在Tb3+向Eu3+的能量傳遞過(guò)程。發(fā)射峰的顏色揭示了光發(fā)射的分離規(guī)律。因此,這種熒光粉能夠滿足不同顏色的光學(xué)顯示材料,并且可能作為生物分子的標(biāo)簽。
