日照大廈綠色高層寫字樓設(shè)計(jì)方案

摘    要

　　　當(dāng)今世界，人口越來越多，資源銳減，地球的生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞，人類目前的生存環(huán)境正日趨惡化，生態(tài)危機(jī)幾乎到了一觸即發(fā)的程度。人們都有應(yīng)該去做自己力所能及的事，重新審視我們的城市建設(shè)觀念，來改善地球環(huán)境，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。建筑，城市及其營(yíng)造的景觀在人類的城市建設(shè)和生態(tài)的影響上有著不可替代的意義，作為一名建筑系學(xué)生，我們應(yīng)該將自己的設(shè)計(jì)盡最大可能的生態(tài)，綠色，以至于完整的生態(tài)可持續(xù)建筑。生態(tài)綠色建筑的觀念提出很久了，同時(shí)也有一些成功的案例。雖然生態(tài)技術(shù)上變化多端，但由其價(jià)格高昂，而被建筑師所放棄，因此在生態(tài)和造價(jià)上尋求出的契合點(diǎn)，才能真在的實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)綠色建筑的想法。本次設(shè)計(jì)的核心便是生態(tài)，通過資料的整理收集以及指導(dǎo)教師的引導(dǎo)教育，讓我對(duì)生態(tài)綠色建筑有了大程度的了解，在這基礎(chǔ)之上，結(jié)合已有的成功案例加上自己的設(shè)計(jì)觀念，做出了本次日照大廈綠色高層寫字樓的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

ABSTRACT

　　　Today in the word, with the population increasing, resource reducing , the ecological environment of the earth has been severely damaged. The survival environment is worsening day by day, the ecological crisis has almost to be triggered at any moment. People should try to do these things, re-examine our concept of city construction, to improve the earth's environment and achieve the sustainable development. Architecture, city and construction of landscape has making the irreplaceable significance on the human city construction and the ecological. As an architecture student, we should make our design ecological, green, as soon as possible, and even the perfect sustainable building.The concepts of ecological green building has been putting forward for a long time, and there also have a lot successful cases. Although the ecological technology has a lot changes, because the high price, it was also abandoned by the architect, therefore seeking out the fits between the ecological and cost, which can really achieve the ecological green building ideas.The most important thing of this design is the ecological. Through the data collection and the teacher’s guide, which made me has a deep influence on the ecological green building. As so, I combined with the successful case and main design ideas, making the design scheme of the Ri-Zhao Building Green high-rise office building.
