摘 要
驅(qū)動(dòng)橋作為汽車(chē)四大總成之一,它的性能的好壞直接影響整車(chē)性能,在現(xiàn)在中國(guó)私家車(chē)數(shù)量增多的情況下,對(duì)于微型汽車(chē)顯得尤為重要。本文主要研究的是汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)及其振動(dòng)分析。首先先確定設(shè)計(jì)部件尺寸,然后根據(jù)汽車(chē)行駛的過(guò)程中所遇到的不同的情況對(duì)汽車(chē)的橋殼和半軸進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度分析,從而確定設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的部件能使行車(chē)過(guò)程中安全可靠。最后用PROE對(duì)半軸和橋殼進(jìn)行三維建模,然后運(yùn)用Pro/E中的模態(tài)分析對(duì)半軸的固有頻率進(jìn)行仿真分析。

Abstract
Drive axle is one of the four major car assembly,The vehicle performance was been directly impacted by its performance.In the case that more and more cars were needed in China and it will become more and more important.This paper mainly studies the design and analyses of the main parts of automobile driving system. First, according to the different conditions of automobile , we can do the stress analysis of the driving axle housing and the semi-axis. Then we count and check the information. At last we use Pro/E to modeling the parts and do vibration analysis with the Modal analysis module.
