本系統(tǒng)針對(duì)小型公司對(duì)貨物及帳務(wù)管理的要求，設(shè)計(jì)了瀏覽、修改、添加、刪除、查詢、編輯等功能，大大減輕了管理人員的工作量，提高了工作效率。本系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)實(shí)際情況和具體內(nèi)容，按一定的要求、科學(xué)、合理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，設(shè)計(jì)，具體包括菜單設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)輸入、查詢、刪除、修改、編輯等各種設(shè)計(jì)。從而使本系統(tǒng)完全能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)性、靈活性、系統(tǒng)性及可靠性的要求。
其特點(diǎn)有：
•簡(jiǎn)潔一致，操作便利
•圖形化界面，完備的功能提示
•本系統(tǒng)基于好用、易用、美觀的原則設(shè)計(jì)了統(tǒng)一的人機(jī)界面
本系統(tǒng)適用于小型公司的貨物及帳務(wù)的管理部門。
系統(tǒng)考慮到設(shè)計(jì)與用戶兩方面，使其盡量具有好的兼容性，速度快，功能強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，可讓程序運(yùn)行相對(duì)變得簡(jiǎn)單而方便，可使用戶只要根據(jù)功能提供的提示，就可以簡(jiǎn)便地運(yùn)行正確操作。

This system is according to the actual conditions and concrete content, according to certain request, science, carrying on network analysis rationally, Design, concrete including menu design, data entry, inquiring about, deleting, revising, editting, etc. various kinds of designs. Thus make this system able to meet the request of economy, flexibility, systematicness and dependability . There are its characteristics;Succinct and unanimous, operate convenient ; graphic interfaces, Complete function suggestion ; Whether it is on the basis of being handy in the systems in this , the easy with, beautiful principle last unified man-machine interface This system is apply to each institute department of the universities, colleges, junior colleges and special secondary schools. System consider design and with user two, make it try one's best to have good compatibility, Fast, function strong characteristic, can let procedure run relative to become simple and conveniently, Can make so long as user according to suggestion that function offer, can run correct to operate it simple and convenient.
