淺談建筑施工的質(zhì)量控制

　　　現(xiàn)社會(huì)階段，房屋建筑工程的數(shù)量在不斷地增多；但是，人們對(duì)建筑工程的質(zhì)量要求卻更加嚴(yán)格。房屋建筑的質(zhì)量，關(guān)系到千家萬戶，關(guān)系到人類的生命安危。所以有效的實(shí)行房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理的措施，顯得尤為重要。而施工環(huán)節(jié)是構(gòu)造建筑實(shí)體的過程,對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有著決定性作用。為改善房屋建筑工程的質(zhì)量,則需要對(duì)施工階段的質(zhì)量管理給予高度重視[1]。本文將從當(dāng)前建筑工程質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析, 論述房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn)、影響因素（4M1E），并從工程項(xiàng)目管理的角度，提出施工質(zhì)量控制的技術(shù)措施，以保證建筑工程的質(zhì)量。

Abstract

Nowdays , the number of housing construction project in constantly increasing，but, People for construction project quality requirements and more strictly. Housing construction quality, relationship to thousands of families, relates to the human life safety. So it is particularly important to effective implement housing project construction quality management measures. And construction link is the structure of the architectural entity process, the product quality has a decisive role. To improve the quality of the housing construction project project, the need for construction stage of quality management to give the high attention. This article from the current construction engineering quality problem analysis, this paper discusses housing project construction quality control characteristics, influence factors (4 M1E), and from the point of view of project management, this paper construction quality control measures, to ensure the quality of construction projects.
