摘要
本文根據(jù)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)基本原理，設(shè)計(jì)了一種多功能煙灰缸，該多功能煙灰缸，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)清理煙灰，使煙灰無向外泄露，實(shí)現(xiàn)了無污染，保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的，同時(shí)增加音樂播放功能。該多功能煙灰缸主要由煙灰缸座、煙灰缸筒、與煙灰缸筒連接的帶風(fēng)扇葉片的電動(dòng)機(jī)，煙灰缸筒上安裝有帽蓋軸，帽蓋軸上裝有內(nèi)盛活性碳纖維的網(wǎng)罩以及感應(yīng)電路等組成。使用時(shí)當(dāng)煙支盛滿煙灰缸缸筒后，這是旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝在帽蓋軸上的手輪，帽蓋軸與底部的活性碳纖維網(wǎng)罩向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，觸發(fā)了安裝于缸體地部的傳感器信號(hào)，進(jìn)而啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)使風(fēng)扇葉片回轉(zhuǎn)，形成負(fù)壓吸風(fēng)，將煙灰缸筒內(nèi)的煙灰吸收進(jìn)入網(wǎng)罩，經(jīng)過活性碳纖維對(duì)煙霧微粒的吸附過濾，最后形成的煙灰落入煙灰缸底座內(nèi)，當(dāng)煙灰缸底座內(nèi)的煙灰盛滿后，可打開煙灰缸底座上的小抽屜，將煙灰排出。同時(shí)這種多功能煙灰缸上自帶有音樂播放器，當(dāng)放置于客廳茶幾上時(shí)，通過播放音樂以便達(dá)到舒緩家居氣氛的目的。這種手動(dòng)清理的多功能煙灰缸可以消除煙灰缸內(nèi)的煙氣污染，保護(hù)了環(huán)境，同時(shí)，使用方便、安全可靠。
本文在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，首先擬定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案，詳細(xì)進(jìn)行了煙灰缸內(nèi)的傳動(dòng)部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，并對(duì)關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了有限元分析，利用了當(dāng)前流行的三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)和仿真，驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。

Abstract
According to the basic principle of mechanical design, design a multifunctional ashtray, the multifunctional ashtray, can be achieved manually self cleaning, no pollution of soot no leakage, no pollution to the environment, while increasing the music playback function. When smoke filled with an ashtray body, this is the clear button, triggering the sensor installed in the cylinder to the Department, and then start the motor so that the fan blade rotation, the formation of negative pressure suction peak, the ash in the ashtray absorbed into the net, after adsorption of smoke particles of the activated carbon fiber, finally, the formation of soot in exhaust ashtray. The automatic cleaning smokeless ashtray can automatically eliminate smoke pollution in the ashtray, the easy to use, safe and reliable, and the protection of the environment. At the same time, the ashtray with music playing function, the ashtray is not only a living room, beautiful decoration products, when they need, you can start the music player function, easy living room atmosphere.
During the design process, first made the overall design plan, detailed design and calculation of transmission components in the ashtray, and the key parts of the finite element analysis, using the three-dimensional design software of the popular movement and the simulation on the whole body, verified the correctness of the design.
