隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的更新速度越來越快,數(shù)控加工技術(shù)作為先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表,在機(jī)械相關(guān)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要的作用,機(jī)械制造的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其實(shí)質(zhì)是數(shù)控技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。該零件為薄壁形回轉(zhuǎn)體零件,其加工主要分為車銑兩部分,其次該零件加工時(shí)一定要遵循工序集中原則,再次該零件加工時(shí),要分多次裝夾,應(yīng)考慮其分多次加工時(shí)余量的選擇,以及加工時(shí)的定位。第四該零件為鋁料零件,其硬度底容易變形,故而在加工中必要的時(shí)候選取軟爪代替硬爪,使加工更顯便捷合理。最后編寫座架類零件的加工加工規(guī)程(包括工藝卡片和數(shù)控刀具卡片)和主要工序的工裝設(shè)計(jì)。并用G代碼編制該零件的數(shù)控加工程序,再則學(xué)習(xí)利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí),添加必要的加工過程圖片。
