摘  要
   電子商務(wù)是通過(guò)網(wǎng)上琳瑯滿目的商品信息、完善的物流配送系統(tǒng)和方便安全的資金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行交易買賣。電子商務(wù)的任何一筆完整交易,都包含著集中基本的“流”,即信息流、商流、資金流和物流。而物流問(wèn)題對(duì)于電子商務(wù)的成敗就顯得更為重要。物流是為滿足消費(fèi)者需求而進(jìn)行的對(duì)原材料、中間庫(kù)存、最終產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)信息從起始點(diǎn)到消費(fèi)地的有效流動(dòng),以及為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一流動(dòng)而進(jìn)行的計(jì)劃、管理和控制過(guò)程,現(xiàn)代物流是從起點(diǎn)到終點(diǎn)的原材料、庫(kù)存、最終產(chǎn)品和相關(guān)信息有效的流動(dòng)、儲(chǔ)存計(jì)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)。所以在電子商務(wù)時(shí)代建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化的物流體系非常重要。
   本文的第一部分介紹了物流業(yè)和電子商務(wù)的基本概念和發(fā)展過(guò)程,使讀者以對(duì)物流和電子商務(wù)有一定的了解。第二部分著重談現(xiàn)代物流在電子商務(wù)中的作用和地位。這兩部分從較為宏觀的方面來(lái)論述。第三部主要講述我國(guó)電子商務(wù)物流體系存在的問(wèn)題。第四部分主要講述現(xiàn)時(shí)期與物流最為密切的電商企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行物流的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),中國(guó)電商的崛起速度超過(guò)了社會(huì)第三方物流的發(fā)展速度,電商的最后一公里問(wèn)題成為其發(fā)展的瓶頸。電商企業(yè)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)代物流的建設(shè)最為緊密,本章對(duì)電商與物流的關(guān)系進(jìn)行闡述,表達(dá)筆者對(duì)電商與物流建設(shè)如何協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)和對(duì)策.最后一章對(duì)我國(guó)物流企業(yè)的物流現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)和方向提出筆者的看法和意見(jiàn)。

Abstract
   E-commerce is through the wide variety of goods online information, perfect logistics distribution system and convenience and safety of fund settlement system for trade business. Any a complete transaction of electronic commerce, there is a focus on basic "flow", namely, information flow, business flow, cash flow and logistics. But for the success or failure of e-commerce logistics becomes even more important. Logistics is to satisfy the consumer demand for raw materials, intermediate inventory, final products and related information from the starting point to the consumption of flow effectively, and to achieve the flow plan, manage, and control process, modern logistics from start to finish, inventory of raw materials, final product and related information effective flow and storage of plan implementation. So the construction of modernization in the era of e-commerce logistics system is very important.
   The first part of this article introduces the basic concept of logistics and electronic commerce and development process, make the reader to some understanding to logistics and electronic commerce. The second part focuses on light the role of modern logistics in e-commerce and status. The two parts from a more macro aspects to discuss. Third part focuses on the problems existing in the electronic commerce logistic system in our country. The fourth part focuses on current period and logistics most closely electric business enterprise how to carry out the modernization of logistics, the rise of China's electricity at a faster rate than the social development velocity of the third party logistics, the electricity last mile problem become the bottleneck of its development. Electric business enterprise development and the construction of modern logistics, most closely this chapter expounds on the relationship between the electricity and logistics, and express the author how to coordinate construction of electric business and logistics development ideas and countermeasures. The final chapter of logistics enterprises in China the focus and direction of the logistics modernization put forward the author's views and opinions.
