摘 要
隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會的發(fā)展，人類從事的工程建設(shè)，科研開發(fā)等活動越來越復(fù)雜。如何在既定的時(shí)間限期內(nèi)，按預(yù)定的目標(biāo)，保質(zhì)保量地完成某項(xiàng)任務(wù)，以獲得投資最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，已成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注和重視的問題，這就促進(jìn)了項(xiàng)目管理這一學(xué)科的建立和發(fā)展，而項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理，項(xiàng)目投資管理一起組成項(xiàng)目管理最核心的內(nèi)容?；そㄔO(shè)項(xiàng)目具有投資大，技術(shù)要求高，資源耗量大的特點(diǎn)，歷來是國家和企業(yè)投資的重點(diǎn)，所以化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量不僅關(guān)系到國家和企業(yè)投資的有效使用，而且還關(guān)系到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速和健康發(fā)展。
本文從項(xiàng)目管理的總體知識體系出手，著重分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的全過程，系統(tǒng)地介紹了項(xiàng)目，項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基本概念和管理方法，對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中涉及到的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量改進(jìn)等問題，進(jìn)行了分析與研究。最后通過實(shí)際案例對天港化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。

Abstract
In recent years, group working way has become enterprise’s and other organization’s essential survive and developing means. The group of the high efficiency has shown strong vitality in enterprise's business activities. Greatly depending on composition and validity of linking up factors of group member, group could operate with high efficiency. The efficiency of a cooperative group is greater than the one in which every part is just simple summation. As group contacting its member, complexity will increase accordingly.
The overall project management knowledge from the system by focusing on the analysis of the whole process of project management communication, systematically introduced projects, project management and project team, communication management and the basic concepts of their respective characteristics in this thesis.
