淺談新型干法窯風(fēng)的合理控制

摘要

新型干法窯生產(chǎn)過程中，風(fēng)、煤、料和窯速是公認(rèn)的四大操作要素，風(fēng)、煤、料之間的合理匹配是穩(wěn)定燒成系統(tǒng)的熱工制度、提高窯的快轉(zhuǎn)率和系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率，提高熟料產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和降低煤耗的關(guān)鍵之一。其中用風(fēng)問題是最重要、也是最為復(fù)雜的關(guān)鍵控制參數(shù)，是煤粉燃燒、物料懸浮預(yù)熱分解和高溫熟料冷卻所必需的動力源泉。掌握用風(fēng)的原理并使之受控是每位工藝人員不懈的追求目標(biāo)。
