摘  要

本課題研究了雙光輥破碎機最主要的地方是破碎輥。破碎輥在物料久久的擠壓下必然會產(chǎn)生變化和變形，甚至斷裂。它的形狀以及兩個破碎輥之間的距離直接影響著破碎機的破碎功效與品質(zhì)。所以，用較好的方法以及新型的材料是本次研究的重點。本課題設(shè)計的破碎輥結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)符合了以上的需求，關(guān)鍵是輥皮的材料也能滿足降低成本，增高強度的需求。本課題設(shè)計在破碎理論的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上，通過不斷地努力與創(chuàng)新,對包括破碎機各種參數(shù)的計算和優(yōu)化、破碎機的功率和破碎能力的確定、輥皮、軸的設(shè)計，還包括傳動部分主要機構(gòu)V帶輪和齒輪的設(shè)計。本次設(shè)計型號2PG-T0604破碎機主要用于水泥和化工行業(yè)的破碎，在本課題設(shè)計中在多碎少磨的理論基礎(chǔ)上充分顧及了破碎輥的磨損，增高了生產(chǎn)效率，降低了能耗。

Abstract

   This paper studies the double roll crusher is the most important part of the crushing roller.Crushing roller in extrusion under long time will produce deformation, and even cracking. The spacing between the shape and two crushing roller directly affects the efficiency and quality of crusher crusher. Therefore, using optimization method and the new material is the key in this research. Crusher roller structure the design fully meet the above requirements, and roll skin material can meet the cost reduction, improve the strength requirements. The design development of the crushing theory, through constant innovation, including the crusher various parameter calculation and optimization, crushing machine power and crushing capacity determination, roll skin, shaft design, also includes the transmission part of the main mechanism of V belt wheel and gear design. The design of model 2PG-T0604 crusher is mainly used for cement industry is broken, in the design on the basis of theory of more crushing and less grinding on the full consideration of the wear of the crushing roller, improves the production efficiency, reduces energy consumption.
