移動(dòng)式X光機(jī)總體及移轉(zhuǎn)組件設(shè)計(jì),總體布局與方案的設(shè)計(jì)、討論,心軸的設(shè)計(jì)及校核計(jì)算,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直齒圓柱齒輪的選取設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,軸錄的選取設(shè)計(jì)及故障診斷,圓錐齒輪設(shè)計(jì)及故障診斷,電機(jī)的選取及傳動(dòng)路線??傮w布局與方案設(shè)計(jì),傳動(dòng)部件的設(shè)計(jì)。移動(dòng)式X光機(jī)是性能優(yōu)良的重要器械,其可分為機(jī)械和電氣兩方面的問題。我們主要設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械方面的問題,其又有六個(gè)部分組成,任務(wù)重,內(nèi)容多,數(shù)據(jù)繁的情況下和我同組的同學(xué)做了一下分工,雖然分工仔細(xì),但每個(gè)部件都是整體的不可分割的有機(jī)整體。所以說,它是畢業(yè)前的一項(xiàng)艱巨的任務(wù)。通過畢業(yè)任務(wù)的完成,這使我們明白了設(shè)計(jì)不是憑空造出來的,而是在大量的數(shù)據(jù)資料,時(shí)間的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)者思想通過理論經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式和實(shí)踐其是否可行,每一步驟都仔細(xì)運(yùn)算查找的數(shù)據(jù)。綜合協(xié)調(diào)各部的關(guān)系,從而得出整體的結(jié)果,畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)使我們學(xué)會(huì)了許多做人的道理,做人不能好高婺遠(yuǎn),需要腳踏實(shí)地的追求自己的理想
Abstract
The motion type X X-ray machine overall and the module design,the overall layout and the plan design, the discussion, the spindledesign and the examination computation, the standard cylindricalgears selection design calculation, the axis records selection designand breakdown diagnosis, bevel gear design and breakdown diagnosis,electrical machinery selection and transmission route. Overall layoutand plan design, transmission part design. The motion type X X-raymachine is the performance fine important instrument, its may divideinto the machinery and the electrical two aspects question. We mainlydesign the mechanical aspect the question, it also has six partialcompositions, the duty heavy, the content are many, in the datanumerous situation and my same group's schoolmates did have dividedthe work, although divided the work carefully, but each part all wasthe overall inalienable organic whole. Therefore, it is before agraduation arduous duty. Through graduation duty completing, thiscaused us to understand the design was not baseless makes, but was inthe massive data material, in the time foundation, the designerthought and practiced it through the theory empirical formula waswhether feasible, each step all carefully operated the search thedata. The synthesis coordinates each relations, thus obtained thewhole the result, the graduation project causes us to learn many tomake person's truth, was the person not to be able good Gao Wuyuan,conscientiously needed to pursue own ideal.
