Graduate design of the entire contents is the design of a large-scale absorption of aluminum vacuum ladle of the main design features and technical difficulties. With electrolysis technical transformation of the expansion project completed ,To solve molten aluminum suction operating inefficiencies, molten aluminum heat loss big issue ,we need to develop bulk density of 4 -6 tons without interim Ladle unlucky vacuum ladle.
With the domestic large prebaked electrolyzer successfully developed, the current was gradually increased to 160 KA, 200KA. 280KA, 320KA, electrolyzer resulted in a significant increase in production of aluminum, aluminum vacuum suction small ladle has been unable to meet production needs.
Sealing performance through the use of good, strong ability to prevent deformation of the ladle structure, High Life package and suction tubes lining and reasonably ascertain the location of shaft, so we will be able to achieve more satisfactory results.
Papers used by the design of large aluminum vacuum suction Ladle institutions is conducive not only to better meet the needs of production, further improve the production efficiency and greatly enhance the production progress and hence involves the production proceeds. It as a production of intermediate process for the production of essential progress is essential to the production part.

畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的全部?jī)?nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)為大型吸鋁真空抬包設(shè)計(jì)的主要特點(diǎn)與技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。隨著電解技改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的完成 , 為解決鋁液抽吸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率低下、鋁液熱量損失大的問(wèn)題,需要研發(fā)容重為4-6 噸無(wú)需中轉(zhuǎn)澆包倒運(yùn)的真空抬包。
隨著國(guó)內(nèi)一些大型預(yù)焙電解槽的研發(fā)成功, 電流已陸續(xù)提高至160KA、200KA、280KA、320KA,電解槽產(chǎn)鋁量大增,小型吸鋁真空抬包已不能滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)的需要。
通過(guò)采用密封性能好、防變形能力強(qiáng)的抬包結(jié)構(gòu),使用壽命高的包襯和吸鋁管以及合理地確定轉(zhuǎn)軸的位置,這樣就能達(dá)到較為滿(mǎn)意的效果。
采用論文中所設(shè)計(jì)的大型吸鋁真空抬包機(jī)構(gòu)不僅有利于更好地滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)的需求,進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率,大大地提高生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度以及由此而牽扯到的生產(chǎn)收益問(wèn)題。它做為一個(gè)生產(chǎn)的中間過(guò)程,對(duì)于生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)度來(lái)說(shuō)至關(guān)重要,是生產(chǎn)所必不可少的一部分。
