摘要:軋鋼設(shè)備主要指完成由原料到成品整個(gè)軋鋼工藝過(guò)程中所使用的機(jī)械設(shè)備。冷軋是生產(chǎn)冷軋板帶鋼材的主要成品工序,其生產(chǎn)的冷軋板帶屬于高附加值的鋼材品種,是汽車、建筑、家電、食品等行業(yè)所必需的原材料。
本次課題中涉及的HC軋機(jī)主體設(shè)計(jì),是對(duì)HC軋機(jī)的各個(gè)部分經(jīng)過(guò)綜合性的考量、各種方案比較后而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。目的是設(shè)計(jì)出可以改善板型的冷軋機(jī)。在本文中,首先介紹了軋鋼、軋機(jī)及HC軋機(jī)的基本概念,接著分析了課題的目的及完成的目標(biāo),最后詳細(xì)介紹了1450單架可逆式冷軋機(jī)的軋制力的計(jì)算過(guò)程、軋輥調(diào)整裝置的選擇及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、壓下螺絲螺母的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和軋機(jī)機(jī)架的強(qiáng)度和變形計(jì)算等等。

The Main Part Design of HC Rolling Mill
Abstract: Rolling equipment mainly refers to the completion of the raw materials to finished the whole rolling process used in machinery and equipment. The purpose of this process is to get required shape and specification of the steel. The cold-rolling is the major process of producing cold-rolled strip steels which are high value-added products and the necessary raw materials for automotive, construction, home appliances, food and some other industries.
The main part design of Hitachi High Crown Control mill covered in this paper is devised though a comprehensive consideration and a comparison of various options. The purpose of this topic is to design a kind of cold rolling mill which can improve the shape of the cold-rolled strip steels. The paper, at first, introduced the basic concept of steel rolling, steel rolling mill and HC rolling mill. Then it analyzed the purpose and objective of the topic. Finally, in detail, it introduced the calculation process of rolling force of 1450 single-frame reversible cold rolling mill, the choice as well as the design and calculation of roller adjustment device, screw down and screw nut, the rack strength and deformation of the cold rolling mill and some other parts of the cold rolling mill.
