摘 要
機(jī)械加工夾具是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,節(jié)約能源,降低消耗的重要手段,本課題研究立臥三面組合機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)。本論文是結(jié)合目前實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,發(fā)現(xiàn)僅用通用夾具不能滿足生產(chǎn)要求,用通用夾具裝夾工件生產(chǎn)效率低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)大,加工質(zhì)量不高,而且往往需要增加劃線工序,而專門設(shè)計(jì)一種夾具:立臥三面組機(jī)專用夾具,主要包括夾具的定位方案,夾緊方案、導(dǎo)向方案,夾具體與定位鍵的設(shè)計(jì)及加工精度等方面的分析。
夾具設(shè)計(jì)是工藝裝備設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,在整個(gè)機(jī)械加工過程中,夾具除了夾緊、固定被加工零件外,還要求保證加工零件的形狀、位置精度、尺寸以及加工生產(chǎn)率的提高。本課題在設(shè)計(jì)的過程當(dāng)中,深入生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,吸取國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù),制定出合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案,再進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的夾具,基本上可以滿足工程需要,本文使用的設(shè)計(jì)方法,也可為同類夾具的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Dedicated fixture design of vertical and horizontal three surface combination machine
ABSTRACT
Machining fixture is to achieve product design, product quality, save energy, reduce consumption and an important means of study of this subject dedicated fixture design of vertical and horizontal three surface combination machine.The present paper is combing the actual production at present, which is that either using universal fixture cannot meet only production requirements or using universal fixture clamping work-piece to product is poor efficiency and powerful labor and not high processing quality or often it need to increase crossed process, to specially design one fixture: dedicated fixture design of vertical and horizontal three surface combination machine, mainly including schemes of fixture positioning, clamping and cutter, the design of the concrete and the TAB folder and the analysis of machining precision et al.
The fixture design is the design of process equipment is an important part in the entire machining process, fixtures Chule clamping Gudling processed parts , also sought assurances that the shape of machining parts precision of position, size and productivity improvement process . The issue in the design of the process, in-depth the actual production, conduct research, to learn foreign advanced technology, to develop reasonable design plan, carrying out design of eva luations.This fixture was designed to basically meet the engineering needs of the design used in this method can also be designed for similar reference fixture.
