摘  要：眾所周知，健全的社會保障制度是現(xiàn)代社會的重要標志。而社會保險作為社會保障體系的主要組成部分，其核心問題是社會保險基金問題。隨著我國社會保障制度的建立和發(fā)展，迫切要求加強社會保險基金的投資運用，實現(xiàn)保值增值。本文首先分析了社會保險基金的構成、社?；鹜顿Y運營的必要性、可行性及我國社保資金投資運營存在的問題。然后介紹了國外社?；鹜顿Y運用情況，具體包括社?；鹜顿Y模式，社?；鹜顿Y主體，投資組合以及投資收益的比較分析。最后，借鑒國外社?；鹜顿Y運用的實踐經(jīng)驗上，提出我國社?；鹜顿Y運營的策略。

Discussion on the social security fund investment strategy

Abstract：As we all know, a sound social security system is an important symbol of modern society. Social insurance as a major component of the social security system, the core problem is the problem of the social insurance fund. With the establishment and development of China's social security system, an urgent requirement to strengthen the social insurance fund investment use, maintain and increase their value. This paper first analyzes the composition of the social insurance funds, social security fund investment, the necessity, feasibility and the problems of China's social security fund investment operations. Then introduced to foreign social security fund investment purposes, including social security fund investment patterns, comparative analysis of the social security fund of investment portfolio and investment income. Finally, drawing on practical experience in the use of foreign social security fund investment, put forward China's social security fund investment strategies.
