杭瑞高速公路岳陽至常德K12+600~K14+700路基路面綜合設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書提供的設(shè)計(jì)資料和設(shè)計(jì)要求以及交通部頒發(fā)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范對(duì)杭瑞高速公路岳陽至常德K12+600~K14+700段進(jìn)行路基路面綜合設(shè)計(jì)路基路面綜合設(shè)計(jì)。
此次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括:路線設(shè)計(jì)、路基、路面設(shè)計(jì),橋梁、涵洞設(shè)計(jì),外文文獻(xiàn)翻譯,專題研究,計(jì)算機(jī)程序編制。根據(jù)提供的路線原始資料,考慮土石方填挖平衡、最大縱坡、最小縱坡、坡長、高程控制點(diǎn)等因素進(jìn)行縱斷面設(shè)計(jì),由此結(jié)合平面圖進(jìn)行橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)段內(nèi)的地形狀況,設(shè)置了排水溝、急流槽、圓管涵等排水設(shè)施。同時(shí),進(jìn)行擋土墻設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和防護(hù)工程設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)置加筋土擋土墻,采用植草皮、砼預(yù)制塊等多種形式進(jìn)行邊坡防護(hù)。高填路堤路段采用修筑擋土墻的方法收縮坡腳,減少填方,增加路堤邊坡穩(wěn)定性;利用BISHOP法進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算。進(jìn)行了瀝青混凝土路面的設(shè)計(jì)和水泥混凝土路面的設(shè)計(jì),由給定的交通量等條件,按照路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計(jì)的原則,選用不同路面結(jié)構(gòu)層厚度和材料進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算,并進(jìn)行了方案比選。
通過本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),我掌握了緯地、CAD等各類工程軟件的應(yīng)用,對(duì)Word、Excel等辦公軟件功能有了進(jìn)一步的熟悉;而且在專業(yè)知識(shí)方面得到了綜合訓(xùn)練和提高,增強(qiáng)了獨(dú)立分析問題和解決問題的能力。

THE COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN ON SUBGRADE AND PAVEMENT FROM K12+600 TO K14+700 OF HANG RUI FREEWAY BETWEEN YUEYANG AND CHANGDE
ABSTRACT
According to the design information,demands of the design task instrument,the technical standards and specifications for freeway design published by the Ministry of Communications of China, the comprehensive design of freeway subgrade and pavement from K12+600 to K14+700 has been carried out based on the data of Hangrui freeway between Yueyang and Changde.
Our prime contents of the design project includes freeway route design, the design of pavement,the design of the bridges and culverts,translating an English article into Chinese,special study and compile a simple computer programme. According to route firsthand information that is offered ,we must keep the balance between the diging of filling out,maximun vertical slope,minimum vertical slope, the length of slope,high control point,etc. During designing the vertical section and combining the plane figure ,we design the cross section. According to the condition of climate district and remiting calculation water of quantity,set up drainage system which includes side ditch, intercepting ditch etc. Meanwhile, do block design of wall of soil calculate and protect engineering design , set up the reinforced retaining walls to go on, adopt plant turf to protect the slope ,etc. In high embankment highway section, shrink slope foot by building the retaining wall, reduce the filling, increase the slope stability; make use of BISHOP to follow the checking stability calculation. Do the design which has carried on the asphalt concrete road surface and design of the cement concrete road surface by giving volume of traffic definitely terms, according to the design principle of the road surface structure,select for different road surface structure layers of thickness and material then carry on structural design checking computations, and do scheme comparison..
Through graduation project,not only know of CAD,Hint 5.8 ,but also practice the ability to use office software like Word、Excel. The specialized knowledge and technologe have been comprehensively applied and improved ,and the perspective of solving problems had been enhanced.
