湘西州貧困地區(qū)水土流失研究

摘 要

隨著國(guó)家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和西部生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)的投資力度加大，湘西作為西部大開發(fā)的一部分，做好流域的水土保持及生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化低山丘陵區(qū)水土流失綜合治理，不僅對(duì)治理湘西水土流失的脆弱生態(tài)環(huán)境具有重大意義，同時(shí)也對(duì)湘西的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文通過分析湘西自治州的山地丘陵區(qū)的水土流失狀況、形成原因及危害，提出山地丘陵區(qū)的水土保持治理的主要對(duì)策和措施。

Abstract

With the national implementation of the western development strategy and ecological environment construction in Western China to increase investment, Xiangxi is a part of the great development of Western China, and the ecological environment construction of soil and water conservation inYangtze Valley, strengthen the comprehensive management of soil erosion in hilly areas, is of great significance not only to the fragile ecological environmentgovernance of soil and water loss in Xiangxi, at the same time, but also on Xiangxi's economic development is of great significance. In this paper, the soil erosion status, causes and hazard analysis in hilly area of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the hilly area of soil and water conservation of the main countermeasures and measures.
