【摘要】目的:對(duì)某單光子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層成像系統(tǒng)(SPECT)的性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),對(duì)其性能做出評(píng)價(jià),判斷其是否符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)對(duì)臨床工作做出參考,保證診斷的準(zhǔn)確性和醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的安全。方法:以GB/T 18988.2-2003《放射性核素成像設(shè)備性能和試驗(yàn)規(guī)則 第2部分:?jiǎn)喂庾影l(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層裝置》、GB/T 18989.3-2003《放射性核素成像設(shè)備和試驗(yàn)規(guī)則:伽瑪照相機(jī)》和NEMA NU 1-2007《美國(guó)電氣制造業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用RM-905a,HCL-12011活度計(jì)和RGRMS-2012型SPECT性能模體對(duì)某單光子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層成像(SPECT)的固有計(jì)數(shù)率、固有均勻性、固有能量分辨力、固有空間分辨力、固有空間微分線性、斷層空間分辨力、系統(tǒng)平面靈敏度、系統(tǒng)空間分辨力和全身空間分辨力等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。通過(guò)SPECT質(zhì)量控制檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,判斷其是否符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論:該單光子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層成像系統(tǒng)(SPECT)的性能符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),性能良好。但考慮到元器件在日常工作中的磨損、老化情況,對(duì)SPECT定期進(jìn)行狀態(tài)檢測(cè),仍然很有必要。

A quality control testing and eva luation of a single photon emission computed tomograph(SPECT)
[Abstract]Objective:Testing the performance of a Single-Photon Emission-Computed Tomography(SPECT)to eva luate the perform and judge whether it conforms to the national standard.At the same time,provide reference to clinical,and guarantee the accuracy of the diagnosis and the safety of medical staffs.Methods:According to GB/T 18988.2-2003 Radionuclide imaging device—Characteristics and test conditions—Part 2:Single photon emission computed tomograph, GB/T 18989.3-2003 Radionuclide imaging device—Characteristics and test conditions—Part 3:Gamma camera based-wholebody imaging systems and NEMA.Standards publication NU 1-2007:performance measure of gamma cameras,we have tested the parameters of a single photon emission computed tomograph(SPECT),such as the inherent count rate,the intrinsic uniformity,the intrinsic energy resolution,the Inherent spatial resolution,the intrinsic spatial differential linearity,the sectional spatial resolution,the system planar sensitivity,the system sptial resolution and the general sptial resolution,with the RM-905a,HCL-12011 Radioactivity meter and the RGRMS-2012 SPECT performance phantom.Then process the data by the SPECT quality control testing system and judge whether it conforms to the national standard. Results: The SPECT’s performance matches the national standard and in good conditions. But considering the components wear,aging in daily work,it’s still necessary to do the SPECT regular condition testing.
