摘 要
社區(qū)要發(fā)展，其所需要的助推因素當中最貼合當代需要的就是社區(qū)的教育。社區(qū)社區(qū)教育經(jīng)過十年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模，該社區(qū)有相對穩(wěn)定的社區(qū)教育志愿者隊伍、民間組織。社區(qū)居民有廣泛的學習需求，并初步形成社區(qū)特色，但還有待進一步的推進。如何進一步推進？文章認為應建立社區(qū)教育的網(wǎng)絡化管理模式；進一步挖掘整合社區(qū)教育資源；專門教育機構(gòu)功能延伸；找準社區(qū)教育的切入點。

ABSTRACT
Beiyuan community to develop, they need to boost the factors which most of the contemporary needs of the paste is community education. Beiyuan Community Community Education After 10 years of development has begun to take shape, the community has a relatively stable community education volunteers, civil society organizations. Beiyuan community residents have a wide range of learning needs, and the initial formation of community identities, but have yet to be further advance.
