摘 要
隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)文化需求也在不斷地增加,酒類飲料作為人們最喜愛(ài)的飲料之一,其需求量也與日俱增,有需求就會(huì)有供應(yīng),因此刺激了酒類飲料的生產(chǎn)。啤酒生產(chǎn)商想方設(shè)法提高產(chǎn)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本。在這種刺激下啤酒生產(chǎn)設(shè)備不斷更新?lián)Q代,洗瓶機(jī)也隨之發(fā)展。
本文根據(jù)啤酒瓶清洗工作流程,設(shè)計(jì)了一種高效洗瓶機(jī)。本洗瓶機(jī)完成五個(gè)功能動(dòng)作:其一、間歇性進(jìn)料;其二、推動(dòng)瓶子前進(jìn);其三,使瓶子旋轉(zhuǎn);其四,清洗瓶子外表面;其五清洗瓶子內(nèi)表面。經(jīng)過(guò)分析比較,對(duì)各功能要求提出了可行性機(jī)構(gòu):間歇性進(jìn)料采用槽輪機(jī)構(gòu);推動(dòng)瓶子前進(jìn)采用凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu);使瓶子旋轉(zhuǎn)采用鏈輪傳動(dòng)雙輥機(jī)構(gòu);清洗外表面采用齒輪傳動(dòng)毛刷的機(jī)構(gòu);清洗內(nèi)表面在推桿上通入氣壓,并配合軟質(zhì)毛刷的結(jié)構(gòu)。然后將各機(jī)構(gòu)綜合起來(lái),并用齒輪及鏈輪將其傳動(dòng)。
使用本文所設(shè)計(jì)的啤酒瓶清洗機(jī),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可行,生產(chǎn)成本低,生產(chǎn)效率高。

Abstract
With the development of society, people's material and cultural demand is also increasing, alcoholic beverages as one of the most favorite drink, the demand is also grow with each passing day, demand will be supplied, thus stimulating alcoholic beverage production. Beer producers try various devices to increase production, reduce production cost. In this exciting equipment for the production of beer and constantly upgrading, bottle washing machine also development.
According to the beer bottle cleaning process, an efficient washing machine design. The bottle washing machine to complete the five functions: one, intermittent feeding; second, push the bottle forward; thirdly, the bottle rotation; fourth, cleaning the outer surface of the bottle; the bottle surface cleaning. After analysis and comparison, the feasibility of proposed mechanism of the functional requirements: intermittent feeding the Geneva mechanism; push the bottle forward the cam linkage mechanism; the bottle rotation with sprocket drive double roller mechanism; cleaning outer surface adopts gear transmission mechanism of cleaning brush; the inner surface of the push rod into the air, and with the structure of soft brush. Then the synthesis of mechanism, and the drive gear and sprocket.
The beer bottle washing machine is designed in this paper, the structure is simple and feasible, low production cost, high production efficiency.
