摘 要
目前國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)機(jī)械企業(yè)正在開展自己的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和安全文化建設(shè)的工作，然而很多企業(yè)對(duì)于兩者的內(nèi)涵與關(guān)系不是很了解。本文首先通過介紹企業(yè)安全文化和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)的基本內(nèi)容，分析了他們之間共性和相互聯(lián)系。再通過分析企業(yè)完成安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化后的效果，得出機(jī)械行業(yè)的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作對(duì)于安全文化建設(shè)的具有加快和支持作用的結(jié)論。最后闡明機(jī)械企業(yè)的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化有助于企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)這一論點(diǎn)。

Abstract
At present, work related machinery enterprises are standardizing their own safety and security culture, but many companies for meaning and relationship between the two is not very understanding. Firstly, by introducing the basic content of corporate standardization of safety culture and safety, and analyzes the similarities and linkages between them. Through the analysis of the effect of business after the completion of safety standardization, standardization draw safe machinery industry for the safety culture has to accelerate and support the conclusions of the role. Finally, to clarify the mechanical safety standardization helps companies build corporate safety culture that argument.
