摘 要

本書對(duì)安全文化、企業(yè)安全文化的概念、特性都做了較為全面的論述，旨在加深人們對(duì)安全的理解，接著對(duì)我國(guó)弘揚(yáng)和倡導(dǎo)安全文化的時(shí)代背景和現(xiàn)狀、安全文化和安全管理之間的關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行探討分析，本文的最終目的是通過對(duì)各種安全文化的總結(jié)和分析建設(shè)我國(guó)企業(yè)的安全文化體系，并為后續(xù)的建設(shè)提供理論支持和依據(jù)。

Abstract

The concept and characteristic of enterprise safety culture and the safety culture are made relatively comprehensive discussion, that aims to deepen people's understanding of security, and then as to our country to carry forward and advocating the time background and the present situation of safety culture, discusses and analyzes the relation between safety culture and safety management, the ultimate purpose of this article is to through the summary and analysis all kinds of safety culture in the construction enterprise safety culture system in our country, and provide theoretical support and basis for the subsequent construction.
