企業(yè)安全培訓現(xiàn)狀與分析文獻綜述

摘要：本文通過對國內(nèi)外安全培訓現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查，全面分析我國安全培訓的基本內(nèi)容（法律保障、培訓內(nèi)容及資料、培訓機構、場所及設施、培訓教師、培訓對象和培訓方法），調(diào)查研究化工企業(yè)安全培訓存在的問題和不足，得出安全培訓的效果影響因素，并制定對策分析，對化工企業(yè)安全培訓進行完善；根據(jù)國外主要發(fā)達國家的安全培訓保障體系，提出我國化工企業(yè)安全培訓體系的構想，以便提高企業(yè)安全管理、塑造良好的企業(yè)安全文化。

Abstract: Based on the training status of internal and external security of the investigation, a comprehensive analysis of the content of the basic safety training (legal protection, training and information, training institutions, venues and facilities, training of teachers, trainees and training methods), research chemicals problems and deficiencies exist in corporate safety training, safety training effects derived factors, and to develop countermeasures for chemical companies to perfect safety training; security system based on safety training abroad in major developed countries, China's chemical industry made safety training system conceived in order to improve enterprise security management, create a good safety culture.
