提出一種新型公交車載收費(fèi)系統(tǒng),介紹其體系構(gòu)成、運(yùn)作原理、實(shí)現(xiàn)收費(fèi)、定位、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)年P(guān)鍵技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)主要由中心控制平臺(tái)與車載終端構(gòu)成。車載終端由IC讀寫器、GPRS收發(fā)模塊、GPS收發(fā)模塊構(gòu)成,通過讀寫乘客所持IC卡,修改其電子錢包的內(nèi)容,通過GPS收發(fā)模塊確定乘客上下車站點(diǎn),從而計(jì)算乘客應(yīng)付費(fèi)用,通過GPRS收發(fā)模塊將相應(yīng)營業(yè)信息、車況、路況等數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給車輛監(jiān)控中心。中心控制平臺(tái)連接在INTERNET網(wǎng)絡(luò)上具有固定IP,負(fù)責(zé)接收、處理、顯示所轄車輛上傳的各種信息,為調(diào)度人員提供詳細(xì)、準(zhǔn)確的參考數(shù)據(jù)。該系統(tǒng)綜合利用電子貨幣、計(jì)算機(jī)結(jié)算、衛(wèi)星定位、無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)认冗M(jìn)技術(shù),提供一個(gè)全面、智能的數(shù)據(jù)化信息平臺(tái)。

Abstract
Present a new type bus charging system , introduce its architecture , running theory and key technology of charging ,localizing and data transfer . This system consists of control center and bus terminals . Bus terminal integrates RF IC card reader, GPRS transceiver and GPS transceiver .IC card reader read the card used by passenger , modify the stuff of its e_purse . Localize two points based on GPS transceiver which the passenger get in and get out of the bus ,then calculate how much money this passenger should pay . GPRS transceiver is responsible for transmission of the terminal bus business data ,bus status ,etc and reception of center orders .Control center , where is in the INTERNET using a fix IP address , receives , deals with and displays all information ,supplied by supervised buses ,to provide exact latest information in detail for controller. This system utilizes some advanced technology such as RF IC card ,computer, satellite and wireless data transfer to offer a full scale and intelligent data platform .
