摘 要
隨著電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展機(jī)器在電子測量技術(shù)與儀器領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用.新的測試?yán)碚?、新的測試方法、新的測試領(lǐng)域以及新的儀器結(jié)構(gòu)不斷出現(xiàn)。電子測量儀器的功能和作用已發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化,由此出現(xiàn)了新的儀器概念——虛擬儀器。
本文首先介紹了機(jī)器視覺和虛擬儀器技術(shù)的基本理論,分析了機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)和虛擬儀器技術(shù)結(jié)合的必要性、可行性和結(jié)合后的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并介紹了虛擬儀器開發(fā)平臺LabVIEW和機(jī)器視覺軟件IMAQ Vision 。
其次在硬件方面,介紹了系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、光源設(shè)計(jì)、和1394攝像頭和圖像采集卡的選取。
最后在軟件方面,通過Labview對電池夾的視覺檢測進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。體現(xiàn)出計(jì)算機(jī)視覺檢測具有可靠、精度高、非接觸和高速的特點(diǎn)。
由本論文的對于電池夾的機(jī)器視覺檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),并以此與傳統(tǒng)工藝比較,體現(xiàn)了機(jī)器視覺檢測的強(qiáng)大優(yōu)越性,同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了虛擬儀器在未來市場遠(yuǎn)大的發(fā)展前景

Abatract
Along with electronic technology, computer technology and network technology high speed development machine in electronic surveying technology and instrument domain application, The new test theory, the new test method, the new test domain as well as the new instrument structure appear unceasingly. The electronic surveying instrument function and the function has had the archery target change,F(xiàn)rom this appeared the new instrument concept ——hypothesized instrument.
Firstly, the basic theory of virtual instruments and machine vision is introduced and the necessity, feasibility, advantage after they were combined is analyzed. The virtual instruments developing platform Labview and machine vision software IMAQ Vision are introduced as followed.
Secondly, These include the design of whole system, illumination, software and the selecting method of 1394 camera and frame grabber.
Finally ,In the software aspect, passed the Labview the sense of vision to clip to battery the examination to proceeds the detailed analysis. Appears the calculator sense of vision the examination to have dependable, the accuracy is high, not get in touch with the characteristics that high speed.
Be clipped by the machine sense of vision of this thesis that to examine the system's design for the battery, and combine then this compare with the traditional craft, and is machine sense of vision strong and big and superior that examine, also now conjecture instrument is in the great development foreground in future market.

摘 要
隨著電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展機(jī)器在電子測量技術(shù)與儀器領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用.新的測試?yán)碚?、新的測試方法、新的測試領(lǐng)域以及新的儀器結(jié)構(gòu)不斷出現(xiàn)。電子測量儀器的功能和作用已發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化,由此出現(xiàn)了新的儀器概念——虛擬儀器。
