摘 要
隨著企業(yè)的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,員工數(shù)量急劇增加,有關(guān)員工的各種信息量也成倍增長(zhǎng)。企業(yè)在一般日常工作中需要對(duì)企業(yè)員工的信息進(jìn)行管理。人事管理系統(tǒng)就是為此設(shè)計(jì)出的一套應(yīng)用軟件，它是一個(gè)典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)（MIS），人事管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)對(duì)公司員工進(jìn)行管理的重要組成部分，通過(guò)管理系統(tǒng)，可以方便的對(duì)員工的信息進(jìn)行管理。這套管理系統(tǒng)主要完成管理員對(duì)員工信息的管理（對(duì)員工信息的添加、刪除、修改、查詢及員工的權(quán)限設(shè)定，并對(duì)登陸帳號(hào)的管理）和員工自助查尋（查看員工登錄日志、檔案信息，及根據(jù)權(quán)限修改檔案）。系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)包括了后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和維護(hù)，以及前臺(tái)的應(yīng)用程序等。管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用了Microsoft的SQL Server2000，并使用了ASP（Active Server Pages）技術(shù)，MACROMEDIA公司的Dreamweaver MX2004制作頁(yè)面。利用ASP與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)合的技術(shù)建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢管理系統(tǒng)，采用交互式的動(dòng)態(tài)的Web畫(huà)面來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。

The Implementation of
Small company Personal management system Based on Web
Abstract
With the enterprise’s increasing scales, staff members increase drastically. And some information related to staff’s is also multiplied. Enterprise people’s composition payment staff’s information should be managed in daily life. For these cases, the personnel management system is an application software intended to be designed. It’s a typical management information system (MIS).The Personal Management System is the important part of the management of staff information in company. From this system, we can conveniently carry on the management to the staff's information. This system is used by administrator to manage staff's information, such as increases、deletes、 modifies、searches staff information and adjust the staff jurisdiction and so on. The staff oneself can examine the log、the file information, and revises the file according to the purview and so on. The development of the system includes the establishment and maintenances of the backstage database, and applying storing procedure etc. The database of the information system adopted the Microsoft SQL Server, and used the ASP (the Active Server Pages) technique, and the Dreamweaver MX2004, the production of the company of Macromedia manufacture page. Using the technique of ASP combined with the database to establish searching and management database system, to adopt reciprocal and active Web page to implement this system.
