摘 要
隨著Internet的發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查已經(jīng)在很多領(lǐng)域的很多方面使用，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷收集信息已經(jīng)成了一種不可或缺的調(diào)查方式，網(wǎng)上調(diào)查問卷的生成與分析統(tǒng)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)很多。研究生教育網(wǎng)上問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)是用于教育方面的調(diào)查問卷分析統(tǒng)計(jì)以及管理的系統(tǒng)，它區(qū)別于其它問卷分析統(tǒng)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的功能在于，它能夠?qū)柧磉M(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)的制定，并且它有一套完善的用戶管理與公告管理以及模版管理功能。并且因?yàn)樵撓到y(tǒng)有用戶管理的功能及動(dòng)態(tài)的問卷創(chuàng)建功能，所以實(shí)際上它也可以用于其它領(lǐng)域的問卷調(diào)查及用戶管理，即它有可擴(kuò)展性。
本系統(tǒng)所定義的各種權(quán)限有：學(xué)生用戶能使用該系統(tǒng)的投票功能；教師用戶可以對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行管理，可以查看投票結(jié)果；管理員擁有系統(tǒng)的所有權(quán)限，能夠?qū)Ω鱾€(gè)模塊進(jìn)行操作。
本文描述了課題的背景，課題設(shè)計(jì)的目的，講述了課題設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容以及設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)難點(diǎn)，講述了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)（包括系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)的流程圖以及系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)），然后分模塊詳細(xì)說明了每個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)，最后說明了本系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。

Abstract

With the development of the Internet network, questionnaires survey through the network has bean in many areas of use. Through the network questionnaires to collect information has become an indispensable method of investigation. Whatever on the net, the number of the system for the generated and analytical covariance of questionnaire survey is great . Vote system for Graduate Student is the system of analysis covariance and management of the inquisition questionnaire for which is used educating aspect. The function of the System discriminates between that other questionnaire analysis statistics system to lie in, it can carry on dynamic establishment to the questionnaire, and it has a set of perfect customer to manage and notice management and the template manage function. And the questionnaire of function and dynamic state for manage establish function, so actually it can also used for the questionnaire of other areas and customer management, namely it Scalability.
The system definition of competence : Students users can use the system to vote function; Users can teachers manage the questionnaire, you can view the results; System managers have all the power each module can operate.
This paper describes the background to the issue, the purpose of design issues, a topic on the design and content of the design and development difficulties, on the system design (including system architecture, system and the flow chart of the system database design), then sub-module detailed description of each module design and realization of dollars, Finally, we illustrate the application of the system in some key technologies.
