摘 要
在全面推進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)信息化進(jìn)程中，用信息化改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，大力實(shí)施信息系統(tǒng)工程是努力實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
監(jiān)理公司對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中為了提高工作效率，需要使用合理的管理軟件，但目前項(xiàng)目管理軟件功能都無(wú)法滿足監(jiān)理過(guò)程要求，因此開(kāi)發(fā)一套項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理管理和管理軟件對(duì)于提高監(jiān)理力度具有十分重要意義。
本信息工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理軟件系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)面向中小企業(yè)的簡(jiǎn)單項(xiàng)目監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)。它主要實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目概況管理、項(xiàng)目流程管理、項(xiàng)目人員管理、客戶管理、項(xiàng)目文檔管理、項(xiàng)目人員管理、項(xiàng)目信息管理、項(xiàng)目資金管理、會(huì)議管理、信息發(fā)布與管理。
本課題主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)信息工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理軟件系統(tǒng)的表現(xiàn)層。
本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)（包括功能設(shè)計(jì)、架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、界面設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)字典設(shè)計(jì)和軟件總體設(shè)計(jì)）及系統(tǒng)測(cè)試（包括測(cè)試用例、測(cè)試結(jié)果）做了詳細(xì)的介紹和分析。

Design and Implementation of
Information Project Management System(Performance)
Abstract

In comprehensively promote national economic the process of using information technology to transform traditional industries is vigorously implementing the information systems engineering efforts to achieve China's economic leap-forward development of an important link.
Supervision of the project management company in order to improve work efficiency, they need to use reasonable management software, but the project management software can not meet the requirements of the Commissioner of the process, develop a management project supervision is of great significance .
The Project Management Information System software is a simple project-oriented SMEs in the monitoring and management system. Its main Module are: project profile management, project management processes, project management, customer management, project document management, Project management, project information management, funds management, conference management, information dissemination and management.
The main task is to achieve information system software project supervision of the performance.
This paper, has done a detailed description and analysis .about the system requirement, system design (including functional design, structure design, interface design, database design, data dictionary design database design and software design) and system testing (including test cases, test results)
