摘要：
現(xiàn)在世界各個國家都十分注重自己的社區(qū)衛(wèi)生體制的改革和完善，現(xiàn)在總的來說有三種模式是當(dāng)今國際范圍內(nèi)被大家認可的，分別是：以以英國為代表的國家經(jīng)營模式；以德國、日本、澳大利亞、加拿大等國為代表的國家計劃管理私人提供服務(wù)的經(jīng)營模式和以美國為代表的私營為主體的經(jīng)營模式。從我國實際情況的發(fā)展來看，從而得出了我國社區(qū)衛(wèi)生存在的問題并提出建議。
Abstract: State program management, private service business model applies to Germany, Australia, Japan and Canada. Private sector as the main mode of operation is represented by the United States. In light of China's development stage and comparison with these countries, the article concludes with some existing problems with Community Health Services. Tanggu District in Tianjin as well as Xihu District in Hangzhou are used as examples for a study with Economic Analysis, and related proposals are given.
