摘要
本文主要研究了連桿的加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)。具體內(nèi)容包括：工藝分析、工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，工序卡，工藝過(guò)程卡的制作，連桿零件圖、毛坯圖、裝配圖和夾具裝配圖。本論文通過(guò)設(shè)備選型、刀具選用，并結(jié)合工藝學(xué)方面的有關(guān)知識(shí)，對(duì)連桿加工工藝進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述，并設(shè)計(jì)了一套半精銑兩端面夾具。

ABSTRACT
The paper mainly discusses the processing　techniques of connecting rod and its jig design. Its content includes techniques analysis, technological process design, working procedure card,　technological process card manufacture, connecting rod detail drawing,　semi-finished materials chart, assembly drawing and jig assembly　drawing. After making a deep investigation on the equipment　model, the cutting　tool selection and combining base theory of the techniques, the thesis elaborates the connecting rod craft, and designs a set of half fine milling double-faced-surface jigs.
