摘要：
本文首先對(duì)辦公自動(dòng)化管理軟件作了個(gè)總體的概述，接著就人力資源管理軟件方面闡述了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的完整過(guò)程和軟件從分析，軟件設(shè)計(jì)到最后的測(cè)試過(guò)程，還對(duì)對(duì)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)的不足之處進(jìn)行了分析并提出了改進(jìn)的方法。本系統(tǒng)需要前期的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)工作和后期的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理工作，利用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)Microsoft SQL Server對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源管理的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)加以儲(chǔ)存和維護(hù), 從員工招聘的信息收集、管理、到錄用與否的確定，以及檔案的建立和在職的管理到最后離職手續(xù)的辦理，設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)這些信息和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存和管理。為了使整個(gè)管理過(guò)程都能夠用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行全程管理，這個(gè)軟件使用的是ASP+SQL開(kāi)發(fā)的站點(diǎn)管理。
