摘 要 藥物在體內(nèi)經(jīng)歷吸收、分布、代謝和排泄等過程的處置,自始至終都處于動態(tài)變化之中,且藥物的體內(nèi)處置過程較為復雜,受到體內(nèi)諸多因素的影響。房室模型分析是進行藥物代謝動力學分析的一種經(jīng)典的方法,它借助數(shù)學的原理和方法來系統(tǒng)地闡明體內(nèi)藥量隨時間而變化的規(guī)律性。利用房室模型可以建立藥物在人體各個器官的轉(zhuǎn)移模型,可以定量地描述藥物體內(nèi)過程的動態(tài)變化規(guī)律性。本課題研究的是己烯雌酚在人體各器官轉(zhuǎn)移的房室模型。
自適應(yīng)滑模變結(jié)構(gòu)控制是滑模變結(jié)構(gòu)控制與自適應(yīng)控制的有機結(jié)合,是一種解決參數(shù)不確定或時變參數(shù)系統(tǒng)控制問題的一種新型控制策略。本文基于房室模型方法建立己烯雌酚數(shù)學模型,研究了己烯雌酚在各個房室之間轉(zhuǎn)移速率未知的情況下自適應(yīng)滑??刂频膯栴}。通過理論分析和仿真實驗,說明了自適應(yīng)滑??刂频挠行浴?br />

Adaptive Sliding-Mode Control for Drug Metabolism Model
Abstract Drug disposition through absorption,distribution, metabolism and excretion in vivo from first to last, are undergoing dynamic changes, and the disposition of drugs is complex, is affected by many factors in vivo.Compartmental model analysis is a method of classical analysis of pharmacokinetics, regularity of the mathematical principles and methods to systematically elucidate the in vivo dose vary with time. Using the compartmental model can build transfer model of drugs in the human body each organ, can quantitatively describe the dynamic change regularity in vivo drug. This paper is on the study of compartmental model transfer of diethylstilbestrol in various organs of the body.
Adaptive sliding mode variable structure control is sliding mode variable structure control and the combination of adaptive control, is a kind of solving the problem of uncertain or time-varying parameter system control parameters of a new type of control strategy. This article is based on atrioventricular model method to establish mathematical model of diethylstilbestrol diethylstilbestrol was studied between various atrioventricular transfer rate under the condition of unknown adaptive sliding mode control problem. Through the theoretical analysis and simulation experiment, show the effectiveness of the adaptive sliding mode control.
